My Health Mission

i am on a mission to get healthy. Workouts, good foods, rest and a daily routine.  My challenge is consistency so I will workout everyday for a minimum of 15-30 minutes.  It may not seem like a lot but for me it’s monumental. I’m moving mountains, climbing Mt Everest, crossing the Mississippi everyday!  Today is Day 1 and I’m on this journey one day at a time.
